This phone is overpriced.
$1100 for the base variant matches the $1100 for the iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB, and same for the S23 Ultra on a slight sale (it’s actually going for $875 now lol). Who’s gonna buy this new phone? The price should’ve been $900, that would be competitive.
And it gets even worse with the RAM/storage markups. The middle tier is a 350% markup and the top trim is a whopping 600% markup! This gets you to high end PC prices!
Absolutely right ROG wants to jump into the premium space like Samsung on the iPhone at $1100 it should never be bought. The phone needed to be priced at $800 (according to my advice); however, it lacks any flagship features at this flagship price.”
